Kiseno Idei is Furato's older twin brother, who has been gone studying abroad in the middle east and returns. He is also Tetsu's childhood friend, and for unknown reasons he desires to make Tetsu suffer. Kiseno is also called the devilish pretty-boy not only for causing mischief, but he is considered so handsome, that even men fall for him.
