A veteran soldier wracked with remorse, Eugen once traveled the skies alongside Rackam as a skyfarer, but has since returned to his home on the Auguste Isles. Working as a mercenary fighting against the empire, he shares some kind of deep connection with the Black Knight, but chooses to run from it, saying he's too old to deal with it.
