A one-hundred and fifty year old ghost. When she first makes her appearance Raichu is angry at her, having been left in a box by Sandy's parents near the ocean due to his tendency to shock people of which Sandy promised to meet him there. Only, before they met they are each killed by a tidal wave. Once sandy explains all this Raichu forgives her and they cross over.
