A part-timer at Enryaky Temple and close friend of Miiko, Neon is a calm and relatively casual woman. She has a great amount of life experience despite not having an education. Ii is uncomfortable around Neon, as she lectures him whenever they meet. Neon is also known to be a powerful fighter, and generally strong.
