Ryuuou is a cold, manipulative underground fighter who thrives on control, using the SCM system to enslave others. Charismatic but cruel, he sees people as pawns in power games and lies about his past to emotionally exploit them. Though he enjoys dominance, his true goal is to save his mother, and building a slave network is his way of reaching that end.
