Tetsu is a mature but querulous and biting Totetsu (a legendary creature, a ram with tiger fangs and paws and a human face), living in Count D s Petshop. He is a reborn Chinese chef Wong who was charged with and sentenced for murdering people and cannibalism. Understanding his real identity, Count D lured him to his Petshop.
