The younger brother of Kureha, he fights using a technique called cord cutting which involves cutting your opponents nerves so they can t move. He does this because he was over shadowed by his older brother, Kureha, who always came to his rescue when they were children. Shinogi fought Baki in season 1 and was knocked out.
