The mysterious sorcerer that can grant any wish except the restoration of live. Once a person looks at him, they cannot leave until they make their wish, or they die. His name remains unknown since he said there is a curse attached to his name. He also grants wishes to live, if he doesn't fulfill a wish, no matter how selfish it could be, he'll die.
