Great is the administrator of block 5 and a sword saint that hold one of the 3 great swords, "Black Blood". Great has a extremely radicalized view of how the law should be upheld and practised. Because of this ideology Great kills everyone indescriminetaly that breaks the law regardless of its severity, and for such actions is seen as a demon by some. Great and Burner regard each other as enemies after their first encounter.
