Commander of the Varauta Army who is collecting and converting Spiritia. He is responsible for using mind control on captured soldiers. His plan for a Spiritia Farm is to have a renewable source of Spiritia by treating the citizens of Macross 7 like cattle on a farm. The beautiful body is only temporary. His true body is still sealed in a chamber in the Varauta system.
