Callisto's Light is one of Europa's two brothers and thus Crux Dogatie's brother-in-law. Callisto's Light used his familiar connection along with his own natural charisma to obtain presidency of the Jupiter Empire. Sharing Dogatie's ambitions concerning Earth he set in motion a plan to construct a massive colony laser that will be fired upon Earth twelve times to cause the planet's destruction.
