Soda was once the apprentice of an apothecary named Zantak, but he was so impressed with Argent s abilities that he decided to become his apprentice instead despite Argent repeatedly telling him no. Soda is an energetic boy determined to find a cure to Argent s poisonous condition, and frequently joins Argent on his journeys.
