The titular character from the manga within a manga, Otter No.11. One of multiple otter people trying to change the world, his hands turn to rock when he fights. While his human side is against smashing clams with rocks like otters naturally do, his otter side is compelled to do so. Similarly, his otter side has no problem bludgeoning human evildoers, but his human side will not allow it. This is the inner conflict residing within Otter No.11.
