The owner and director of the Oumagadoki Zoo. He is very tall and has the face of a rabbit. He was a human who was cursed by a magical rabbit. He now runs his zoo filling it with magical animals he finds, because if he finds enough of them, he can use their magic power to reverse the curse laid on him. Though not always the easiest to get along with, he sees the animals not as what they are, but rather as comrades. Shiina is mostly known as the lunatic rabbit with no feelings…
