Adelheid is one of the new transfer students to Namimori Middle School from Shimon Middle School. Her first appearance is in chapter 283, when Tsuna passes by her whilst walking to school, he notices her height and strange uniform. Later in the same chapter, she is seen in the Disciplinary Committee, demanding from Hibari the use of the room for the "Liquidation Committee".
