He is a BL-loving fudanshi who is multi-talented, creating high-quality drawings, making his own games and videos, and also excelling at dancing. Because he is good friends with Kazuko, Ryuou views him as an enemy, but Panpanman himself is a fan of "onee-shota", so he supports their romance.
