Takuma Arawaki's childhood friend, known as "Deco". She was an ordinary high schooler, serving as a member of the disciplinary committee, until she and Takuma snuck aboard a Russian warship, where they encountered a mysterious girl named Anastasia. This fateful encounter draws her into conspiracy involving the Zabaykalsky Autonomous Republic and the Japanese government.
