Yue is one of two guardians of Clow Cards and judges candidates to become the next master of Clow Cards. Yue's appearance is that of a young man with long, silver braided hair and violet cat-like eyes (blue in the anime). He has a pair of angelic wings that he can use to fly. Yue has jurisdiction over wind and waterβthe elements "under him" which in part draw on him for their existence. He is a capable fighter who can raise powerful magical barriers, send deadly crystal shardβ¦
