Makoto's best friend. Being of French ancestry with blonde hair and blue eyes, he was picked on by other children as a child. Tobita was the first person to make him realize different can be cool. He has a fetish for "abnormal girls" (Magical girls, catgirls, monster-girls, etc.) and finds normal people to be boring and unattractive.
