Kirito Kamui is a person who cannot be detected by any scanners or by the Dominators themselves. He aids and abets criminals, including Akira Kitazawa, with his ability to clarify their Hues. ~!The reason why a dominator or a scanner could not detect him was because after a plane crash he was reconstructed in surgery with the remains of the other victims!~
