Kyoko is a human who runs an orphanage. We learn that Ushitora has been donating a large amount of money to the orphanage every month. Even though Ushitora tells her that he is a bad person who cannot be forgiven for all the sins he had committed, she insists that he is kind and that all of the kids love him. Spoilers She ends up sacrificing her life and the lives of the kids in order to protect Ushitora.
