She used to live in Kansai area, huge fan of frogs. She used to work at Konami. She was well-known for her illustration work on Kodansha's Children novel line—Aoi Tori Bunko (青い鳥文庫), notably Hiroshi Ishizaki's Kuromajo-san ga Toru!! which turned into [an anime from 2012 to 2014](https://anilist.co/anime/13159/). She died in 2018 of Pancreatic cancer.
