**Takahiro Kamiya** was born March 21 1971 in Iwaki, Fukushima Prefecture, Japan. He is a gag mangaka who debuted in Kodansha's Young Magazine at the age of 19 with Ore Tadaima Seishun Naka (δΏΊγγ δ»ιζ₯δΈ). His most important works are Oh! My Konbu, which was adapted into an animated television series in 1991, and Hero Hero-kun, which was adapted into an animated television series in 2000. Matsushita Koushi (ζΎδΈεΉΈεΏ) was once his assistant.
