**Graduated:** Hiroshima University **Major:** Art __Kouhei Kiyasu__ is a Japanese voice actor, seiyuu and singer, who also does script/screenwriting and series composition for anime. He is a member of the theater troupe [Nylon 100℃](http://www.sillywalk.com/nylon/) alongside Inuyama Inuko, Ookura Kouji and Shintani Mayumi. He is also the chairman of his own troupe called _Bull Docking Headlock_ (ブルドッキングヘッドロック).
