Synopsis
Top model Maki Shijo, nicknamed "Peacock," is only 17 years old. But she's a rare presence, able to maximize the appeal of the outfits she wears and radiate her own brilliance. Though the media's attention is on her every move, she only selects high-quality work and avoids revealing detailed information about herself.
Female photographer Jun Tanioka is drawn to her and pursues her, hoping to capture even her hidden emotions on film. Meanwhile, budding model Nagisa Fujimura deeply respects Maki and aspires to become just like her. After encountering a model willing to push others aside to get ahead and a photograph that connects them to their past, Maki, Jun, and Nagisa soon become close enough to be considered best friends. With Maki teaching her the pride of being a top model and Jun's worldly wisdom supporting her, Nagisa gradually grows as a person.
